BBS Exam News
The LMFT, LCSW & LPCC Law & Ethics Exams consist of 75 questions, of which 25 questions are experimental, and have a duration of 90 minutes.

The BBS is no longer releasing passing scores for the Law and Ethics exams.
The MFT Clinical Exam consists of 170 questions, of which 20 questions are experimental, over a duration of four hours.

The LCSW Clinical Exam consists of 170 questions, of which 20 questions are experimental, over a duration of four hours. According to the ASWB handbook, "Generally, pass points range from 93-106 correct of the 150 scored questions."
In preparing for each of these exams, we recommend achieving consistent scores of at least 75% on GGS practice tests before attempting the actual licensing exam."

Candidates are advised to please note the 90-day processing time for ESL Testing Accommodation, and to follow the included instructions to carefully complete the request, to avoid processing delays.
