Thank you for visiting the Gerry Grossman Seminars website. We
value your trust and confidence in us, so we have provided this statement
to give you full disclosure of what we do with your personal information
when you place an order online.
Security
Gerry Grossman Seminars uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) when receiving
and transmitting your personal information. This technology is the standard
for encrypting sensitive information to prevent your data from being intercepted
and read when
being sent across the Internet.
Name and Address
We don't provide your name, billing address, shipping address, email address or any
other information to anyone outside Gerry Grossman Seminars. It will
not be given to any third-party mailing lists.
Cookies
GGS uses a "cookie" to track your current online order. This
is a small, anonymous piece of information that is saved on your computer
to retrieve your order
information from our database, and cannot be accessed or used by any
other web site. So, if you turn cookies off on your browser, you will
not be able to place online orders with Gerry Grossman Seminars.
Email
We don't provide your email address, or any other
personal information, to outside companies or individuals. Just as with
your mailing address, your email address will not be given to any third-party
email lists.
If you are receiving our e-newsletter and no longer wish to, you can change
your client preference or email us at webmaster@gerrygrossman.com. to notify us and we'll remove your
address from our mailing list.
Credit Card Information
Your credit card number is not stored with your personal information.
It is saved in a temporary record until your transaction has been processed,
then deleted from our online database. Gerry Grossman Seminars uses Authorize.net,
the leading online transaction gateway, to process your credit card transaction,
and the entire checkout process is secured with SSL. A one-way encrypted version of your card number is stored with your online testbank purchase records, for authenticating your access, but this encryption cannot be decoded to extract your card number.
